Position Overview:As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities as well as nurturing existing client relationships. In this position, you will engage with potential customers through various channels, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver exceptional service to create lasting partnerships. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be vital in achieving sales targets and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and outreach via phone calls, emails, and social media.- Consultative Selling: Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their goals.- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.- Collaboration: Work closely with the production teams to ensure timely execution of parts getting out fast.- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas to contribute to team and company success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.- Proven experience in inside sales or a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.- Goal-oriented and highly motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets.- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What will a successful Auto Dismantler/YPP accomplish in the first 90 days?

• Successfully dismantle 100+ parts per week
• Exhibit ability to self direct and self motivate

Preferred Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED and one (1) year auto dismantling experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance
• Forklift experience
• Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-direct
• Good interpersonal communication skills

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to perform a variety of task in all kinds of weather/seasons
• Physical stamina and good upper body strength to lift heavy objects
• Ability to lift/load/unload up to 75 lbs.
• Will be required to wear proper PPE (steel toed boots, rain gear)

Office Administrator Role:

Responsible for providing general administrative support while overseeing clerical and basic IT support functions. Maintains office organization, supports daily operations, and ensures company equipment and technology are functioning properly. Keeps an inventory of office supplies and orders materials as needed to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace for employees and visitors.

Essential job functions:

•  Support inventory counts and ordering for the Production Team and for office supplies
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; manage outgoing mail
• Support Fleet Management (DMV, Samsara, Safety etc)
• Support safety process/equipment for the facilities
• Organize and maintain files, invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and other records
• Scan and file documents accurately and efficiently
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform supply runs to purchase or pick up office materials and business-related items as needed
• Answer incoming calls and respond to voicemails and emails promptly
• Provide basic IT support, including:
  • Setting up company phones and equipment for new hire
  • Troubleshooting routine IT issues
  • Maintaining and fixing printers and other office equipment
• Assist with managing and maintaining office technology and infrastructure
• Research and assist with various operational projects
• Support the culture of the company through the coordination and execution of corporate events and holiday parties, and acknowledgement of employee anniversaries/birthdays.

• High school diploma or GED required; one year of office administration or related experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Oversee maintenance and servicing of all heavy equipment and company vehicles. Expert in drive train repairs, increasing company profitability. 

Essential Job Functions:

• Managing and service all equipment, forklift, company vans, and company assets
• Support and maintains both Rancho and Marysville equipment 
• Responding to critical and urgent open work orders
• Ownership of Samsara fleet management ensuring task completion and follow up
• Creating and adhering to a regular scheduled maintenance for all equipment
• Ordering and tracking supplies to ensure all materials are available for use and within budget
• Analyzing drive train parts to determine if it is profitable to fix or core out
• Supervise direct reports as noted in the organizational chart.  Coaching and developing them in their role. 
• Training employees on proper use and maintenance of specific equipment
• Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and three (3) year experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair,  maintenance, heavy equipment; all makes and models
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic experience
• Forklift and front wheel loader experience 
• Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-direct
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Computer literate
• Good time management & organization skills

• Responsible for the proper and safe use of equipment 
• Complete tasks through various phone and computer applications (Pro apps, Teams, etc)
• Communicate frequently with department teams regarding work-related tasks
• Supporting shipping inventory by completely weekly counts 
• Ensures a clean and safe environment, following Benzeen policies
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and/or one (1) year shipping experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience
• Small parcel shipping experience
• Forklift experience
• Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance 
• Excellent decision making skills and ability to self-direct
• Good interpersonal communication skills
